Andrew Ferguson ChFC® - Founder, Advisor

Andrew spent time growing up in Geneva Switzerland and Johnson City Tennessee. Andrew is a graduate of Science Hill High School, and attended Appalachian State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Building Science and Business. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Consultant ChFC ®

Andrew began his career in the financial services industry in 2013, working with two large national firms. In 2020 Andrew made an intentional move to position his practice on an independent platform where he could remove the large firm bias. Offering a low volume, high touch point feel by providing tailored advice and service. Ferguson Wealth Management was founded as a result of this vision. With a background in construction management and fine building, Andrew uses many of the skillsets derived from a prior career to design, coordinate, build and maintain his clients plans.

Andrew Lives in Johnson City Tennessee with wife Maci, son Eli and daughter Nora.

Michelle Odom - Director of Client Services

Michelle and Andrew have worked together in the financial services industry since 2015. Michelle manages internal operations of the practice, and prides herself on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Michelle was born in Tampa FL, but grew up in the hills of Tennessee. She currently lives in Elizabethton TN with her husband Michael. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, serving at her church, and is active on the mission field.

Cedric Worley - Risk Management Specialist

Originally from Central North Carolina, Cedric has lived in the Tri-Cities for over 15 years. He moved here after graduating from Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk North Carolina with a B.S. in Sports Management.

Cedric began working in financial services in 2015, and joined Ferguson Wealth Management in 2022. He enjoys working with an independent firm where he is able to connect on a personal level with clients by learning their story.

Cedric specializes in insurance based risk management planning.

Cedric lives in Gray, TN with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth basketball.
